Kerry Stinson and team exceeded our expectations. I was very impressed with Kerry and team from the very beginning. Her preparation and initial consultation with my wife and I before we even selected her as our Realtor was great. Our home listing with the virtual tour, aerial shots of the home, and doll house view is probably one of the best real estate listings I have ever seen. Everyone that I shared the listing with was blown away by how amazing the listing was. Kerry assisted us with the purchase of our new home and sale of our existing home. She kept us updated throughout the entire process and was great to work with. The photographer she hired did a great job on the photographs and her marketing strategy went above and beyond. Even though we viewed quite a few houses, she was always willing to show us more and was available whenever needed. Would recommend her services and will definitely contact Kerry again if we buy or sell a house in the future.

Kerry and Ed were very knowledgeable of the area and took all the time we needed to see houses. The house we loved ended up being the next to last house we looked at of quite a long list of houses. Time was taken over two days to show us houses. They were very helpful with coordinating inspections and attended both walk-throughs, making good suggestions along the way. They are very pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.
